There’s no need to clean before we arrive – that’s what we’re here for! However, a quick tidy-up of personal items and any clutter can help us get straight to the deep cleaning. If you have any special instructions, just let us know in advance.

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Kindly give us one full business day’s notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Last-minute changes limit our ability to provide a full work schedule for our technicians and result in lost wages for them. Canceling without providing one full business day’s notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your cleaning rate to cover these lost wages.

Frequent rescheduling may limit our ability to provide service. While we will do our best to accommodate your needs, availability for rescheduled services is not guaranteed. Skipping a visit or temporarily suspending service may also incur an additional charge on our return visit due to the extra work required to restore your home to its usual condition.

For recurring service, you may cancel at any time, but we do ask for two weeks’ notice so we can adjust our technicians’ schedules accordingly.

Nope, we bring everything we need! Our eco-friendly cleaning products and tools are carefully chosen to provide the best results for your home. If you have specific products you prefer us to use, just let us know.

Paying is super easy! Payment is due on the day of service, and we ask you to keep a valid credit or debit card on file with us. Your card will be billed 1-2 business days after each cleaning. You can update your payment info anytime in your customer portal or by giving our office a call. Just a heads-up: please don’t send bank card details by email or text for security reasons.

If there’s ever an issue with payment, you’ll be responsible for any legal expenses we incur to sort it out, including attorney fees and court costs. But we’re sure it won’t come to that!

If you’re not completely satisfied, just let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll come back to re-clean any area in question at no extra charge. While we don’t offer refunds, we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with our work!
